General Terms
1. Booking the tour
(a) After you book the tour, you will recive an e-mail from us a confirmation. Please note that it can take up to 30 minutes until you recive the e-mail. By reciving our e-mail we confirm your booked tour.
(b) The payment of the tour happens upfront via credit card, PayPal or cash. Tour guides, restaurants or any other third party members are legaly not allowed to change or to add any services which are not preagreed with food-tours-croatia.
2. Cancellation policy
(a) Due to organisational reasons we can not refund any funds for tours which are cancelled earlier that one week prior the tour date. For any other cancellations we will refund at least 50% of the amount paid, depending on the organisational stage of the planned tour.
3. Waiting time
(a) Our tour guides will wait up to 15 minutes for a group to arrive to the meeting point.
