Zadar Tour

The City of Zadar (throughout history also called Zara, Jadera, and Diadora) is over 2000 years old and has an amazing history. 2000 years ago it was a Roman colony, and later it belonged to Venice. In 1069, under King Kresimir IV, Zadar became a Croatian city. However it was later conquered by Hungary, the Ottman Empire, Austria, France, and again Italy after the first world war.

Today, Zadar is culturally one of the most important cities in Croatia. Experience for yourself the special cultural aspects alongside the rich history of Zadar in one of our tours. In the summer when the half- Island of Zadar is especially full with tourists. We will take you away from the typical tourist locales, and show you traditional, family owned restaurants serving real Dalmatian dishes.
